UTC Training Centre was established with the sole purpose of providing people with the necessary Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes to achieve their full Human potential.
This is achieved by the investment in and utilization of the following disciplines:
- We are specialists in two different approaches to human capital development
- We make use of highly specialized Facilitators/Assessors/Moderators to achieve our vision.
At UTC Training Centre we believe that these solutions provide customers with enablers that will enhance their business efficiency. We can offer a wide range of services/solutions ideally suited to our customer’s specific requirements. We are continuously seeking opportunities where we can add value to our business and that of our customers. As a direct result of our continuous improvement strategy we successfully focus on:

To excel in providing exceptional service and quality training in order to build Human Capacity and developing the life-long learners’ necessary for our global economy, and as such, be the training provider of choice.
Our Mission
Utilizing accredited assessors and facilitators, we are able to give our clients and learners the best value in education. By building trusting and open relationships with all our clients, UTC Training Centre ensures that their needs are formally defined and addressed at appropriate levels. By striving to be the best service provider in our field in Africa, UTC Training Centre renders competitive and quality training and consulting solutions to all sectors of industry.
UTC Training Centre subscribes to the following principles:
- We support self-managing teams and strive to provide an environment where everybody is a valued member of a participative management team.
- We support a free enterprise system. We apply high ethical and financial standards. We exercise strict financial control and conduct business on sound economic principles.
- We believe in the empowerment of people. We encourage individual inputs from all employees and cascade accountability and control down to the point of execution.
- UTC Training Centre is committed to quality. We put a high premium on individual ownership of work and take pride to supply all our customers with a quality product and/or service. We believe in continuous improvement through the application of sound quality improvement strategies
